Sometimes people seem obsessed with the idea of "happiness." As if "happiness" is "an existing situation," which in practice is confirmed by few small moments through the day.
You do not achieve happiness, you experience happiness along with few other emotions in the arsenal.
If you spend your whole life chasing after getting the complex idea of "happiness", you will never get it.
Dedicate your attention to work on your character and behavior patterns,
try to start feeling the things that are happening around you,
Work on feeling complete with everything that happens to you,
It will certainly contribute to your sense of happiness.
Stop trying to be a "happy person," just try being.
The practical side: Stop looking for "fill up" by other people.
I do not expect anyone to make me happy.
I pledge to be the only source of my happiness.
I'm going to commit myself to being the spoon that pours the soup into my plate-every day.
Just take a moment to look at your life in zoom-out.
You will notice that your life is like therapy, destroys and heals,breaking and fixing, all the pieces fall exactly in the right place, everything that does not fit falls out, all the old renews, all the open ends slowly close.
Do not search for results in the short term.
Nature also takes years to renew itself after a fire but in the end, he wins everything and so do you.
Start building the future, step by step.
I invite you to take the first steps together towards an attainable happiness.
