It's very true: my body is my holy temple, I should treat it with respect, take a good care of it so that the "walls" of it won't wreck and fall eventually.I am always very happy when I see people like you who found their way to be healthier, stronger and happier!You look radiant!really)))I myself now trying to eat only healthy food,more veggies and fruits and almost no meat.
