Thereby you can switch off the hectic, demanding outside world for a while and you pick up courage. Enjoy this undesigned BEING for some breaths, as long as you may allow yourself.
A small self-massage in your face afterwards or a courageous sprawl and stretching bring you back to your activity. Centered and joyful.
