I call these bracelets "The Bonding Bracelets"
I usually spend the day together with my kids during weekends with art creation. Sometimes, we do drawing bonding or coloring..and sometimes we do some handicrafts making. I just wanted my kids to be exposed to arts early. Not just by the digital tech and gadgets nowadays but also to be aware also with art.
So last Saturday we practiced on creating these cute bracelets as our bonding on that day.
My kids did enjoy that day of learning another wonderful thing with that bracelet creation.
I guided them while we are watching the tutorial on youtube. After the tutorial, we slowly created those three bracelets one by one with the use of three different style so that we could have a different result to compare which one is more beautiful.
We spent half the day learning and creating those bracelets and they really enjoyed creating it. That was fun really!
They told me that they wanted to still do it on the next weekend coz they want more, They said!
These bracelets were actually made from colorful rubber band which you can buy at any General Merchandise Store in your place. The tutorials were all available on youtube for creating it, so you can search and watch to learn creating one.
I just remember during my high school years, this handicraft was already available.
Vendors outside the school were selling these colorful rubber bands. So I already had the experience making it but through the years passed I already forgot the way. Glad that we had already youtube for the video tutorial to refresh my learning on creating it.
These bracelets were actually very cheap to make.
So I wanted my kids to be aware that instead of buying it, they can just make their own and design their own according to their likings.
For me...This really seems easy and fun to make.
PERFECT FOR WEARING... SHARING AND BONDING!!!
You guys can do your own too...You can just give it a try guys!
GOOD LUCK!
HOPE YOU LIKE IT GUYS
HAVE A NICE DAY EVERYONE.....
Thanks For Viewing!!
his fun kit will teach you to make colorful, stretchy bracelets with a continuous length of thin cord using a tool and motion similar to spool knitting. The step-by-step instructions make it easy for young readers to understand, even those with no prior knitting or crochet experience. Kit includes a 48-page book with directions for 10 projects, a loop loom, a crochet hook, 7 colors of elastic cord, 350 beads for some extra style, and a cardboard sorting tray to help keep everything organized. I hope you enjoy this kit as much as I did!
I really enjoy making this bracelet as well as my kids.
