I don't understand posts like this. I understand the power of habitualization; making your life more predictable, and thus reducing the sunk energy-intensive costs associated, is a good result.

However, did you need to say what you needed to say in the way you said it? For being someone who is a self-described fan of efficiency, this is a long ass post that doesn't say very much.

We can all improve our routines and make our days more productive, I will agree wholeheartedly with you on that point. I'll also agree with you that it's not hard to start a positive, sustainable habit and grow from there.
