Yesterday I did the following after work:
• Incline bench x 3,total 15 reps @ 55kg
• Z press 3x3 @ 35kg
• Deadlift 90kg x 5
• 45° Chin ups 3x3 @ 5kg
• Cable Crunches 3x10 @ 30kg
• EZ Curls 3x7 @ 22.5kg**
