not to mention last four words of 2nd amendment "Shall Not Be Infringed". doent say sometimes be infringed, may be infringed, if this that and the other, then little infringement is ok. No it clearly states Shall Not Be Infringed. This amendment was ratified by our forefathers because they knew humans seek control and power.
