GUNBOT - PART 3 - BASIC STRATEGIES

in #gunbot7 years ago (edited)

1 . BB - bolinger band -

This is considered to be the safest strategy on the gunbot. It is a strategy that has been used for years in the stock world.

as the name suggest the strategy draw a "band" along the price and will buy and sell according to it while using the simple moving average as the middle ground. Whenever the price hits the lower band it will buy, whenever it hits the upper band it will sell. you can set how low and how high the band should be or use the defaults. This is quite safe and slow strategy if this is what you are looking for (it will not buy too much).

2 . STEP GAIN -

This strategy will buy and sell accroding to your gain parameters - 3 for buys and 3 for sells. It will first try to buy at gain level 1 but before it buys it will check if gain level 2 is achievable in the short term. if not it will buy at gain lvl1, if yes it will be ready to buy lv2 but not before it will check if lvl 3 is achievable in the short term, if not it will buy at lvl2 if yes, it will buy at lvl 3 which is the most profitable. The same method will work on sell with lvl1 , Lv2 and Lvl3. It will do all the measurment with the exponential moving average. This strategy is considered a little more dangerous then BB but more profitable.

3 . BB - Stepgain -

This a mix of BB and STEPGAIN obviously - it combines the best of both worlds - the safety of buying with BB and the big profits that comes with STEPGAIN when selling. This is the most recommended basic strategy on the gunbot.

Next part will be about advanced strategies.

nice work friend , good luck

Thank you bro good job

Is it really working?

It will buy and sell and will never sell at a loss so you could be stucked with "bags" at some point but it is up to you to choose the right pairs . Look at it as a tool rather then a magic money machine.

Still expensive this app.. hard to invest..

Hi Oren, if USDT is your main coin and you want to trade it vs BTC, but Binance shows it as BTC/USDT, does that mean BTC is the main pair or USDT is? So for Trading Limit would I put in BTC or in USDT? Thanks
