How does the promotion code discount work?
After receiving G Suite Promo Code you are entitled to a per-user discount of 20% for the first year as a G Suite customer.
You can enter the promotion code in the Billing section of your Customer Admin Console after they sign up for their account, or at anytime during their 14-day trial period. Each promotion code is unique and can only be redeemed by one customer account from a country in the region you are signed up.
