Life is a Journey

Life is not easy. You can not expect what would happen, so the best way is live at present.

We could be in a bad mood, which may be caused by terrible traffic or inconsiderate family members or nasty colleagues. If we hold it tight and don’t let it go, we would be unhappy the whole day. We only have 24 hours in a day and we cannot change it. Except our sleeping hours, we really don’t have more time available to spend, so why don’t we have a good day? What’s more, some studies show that being in an unhappy state would have an impact on our bodies. Once the state becomes the normal, we would be able to develop some chronic illness.

I know living at present is hardly to achieve. We all know that bad mood would make us be in low spirits. When we get into a state, we would release a feeling that we don’t want to talk to other people. However, as human being, we have the self-adaptive ability, which is that we make us go through the current pain or difficult by looking for ways. Once we realize this feeling, we are eager to get rid of it; we want to become a little better. In this sense, I think AI would not replace us.

Today I’m really in a down mood. It seems that I cannot keep focus and my heartbeat easily becomes fast. I guess that the main reason could be that I woke up too early this morning and be affected by some bad ideas. Given that, I don’t force myself to finish my daily work. After getting off work I watch a movie for relaxing myself. To be honest, sometimes I think I put more pressure on myself. I said before that for me running is an antidote. Since I felt my left knee a little irregular feeling, I have already stopped running for a week. Maybe I need to put running into my routine again. I really don’t get into this situation.

Move on and live a full life. For you and for me.
