It's wonderful how you can accidentally or on purpose find a group of talented people from a big group of people just by encouraging them to bring forth their ideas and thoughts.

Everybody can be surprised when you'll get to see and hear things you never could even have imagined and from people you wouldn't have otherwise ever seen.. or even if you had, you wouldn't had known of their talent.
