I think these are good suggestions. Changes to the UI and UE are absolutely needed. For one, we have a lot of stuff in the client that has no explanation. Everything, in my opinion, should have a little ? box next to it or be "hoverable" for more information. Network weight, for example, needs some explanation because I've seen even people who I thought would know (IRC folks that have been around) find out and be surprised that it is what it is. It might also be helpful to have buttons that automate the debug commands because no one knows them until they know them, ya know?
