What I find interesting is that now with the CENTRALIZED + CLOSEDSOURCED harvest server we had still Einstein missing (see also here)

What do you propose? No superblocks if any project is down? How will that be scalable? What if a project goes down permanently - do you suggest we have to go through a full poll process to remove it from the whitelist before we get a new SB?
