Honestly, let this be motivation to our writers, that their leader conducts himself like a community figure and leader, and keeps on keeping on. I have no interest in doing anything less. Let our writers read that we took this situation and turned it to gold, and let that serve as an example of what is yet to come in the guild! Let it motivate them to treat people respectfully and carry situations like an adult. It is more than motivational in my opinion, and serves as a great example for many things.
