This is something I am very passionate about. I took a training with Sylvia Clute on Unitive Justice that is a very promising model. It uses Restorative Justice/ Unity Circles to discover the underlying brokenness of an issue using reflective listening to reach mutually beneficial actions that are agreed upon by all participators.
