One thing I would like to ask is if there’s a study on retention rate? Say we’ve successfully onboarded 10k how many do you think would actually remain and be active users say in 6 months after 16 month campaign.
I would say that retained users equal about 1% or less of those you get to sign up. They are going for around 12000 monthly active users(retained users) by the end of next year, but the potential is even more. That being said, it's a cat and mouse chase.
