Gout Recipe: Avocado Toast and Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Avacado Toast

This is a great Gout Friendly way to start the day!

This might seems very "Millennial" but it's got great taste, is very gout friendly, and packs a lot of energy to get your day going!

Ingredients

1/2 avocado
lime juice (1/8 tablespoon)
1 piece of toast
1 scrambled egg
cheddar cheese (in eggs)
Parmesan cheese (on toast)
red pepper flakes (as desired)

Directions

  • Half Avocado and remove pit. Mix avocado half and lime juice, until thick and creamy. Spread over toasted bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes.

  • Scramble 1 egg, serve with toast.
