Składniki ciasta :
25 dag mąki,
25 dag cukru,
25 dag masła,
8 żółtek.

Składniki masy :
1/2 kg cukru,
75 dag jabłek,
2 cytryny,
25 dag cykaty.

Składniki lukru :
ćwierć szklanki cukru,
2 białka,
sok z 1 cytryny.

Z podanych składników utrzeć ciasto i piec je na złoty kolor. Obrane i cienko poszatkowane jabłka i utarte surowe cytryny wymieszać z cukrem i usmażyć na marmoladę. Dodać pokrajaną w kostkę cykatę, chwilę smażyć, po czym ciepłą masą posmarować mazurek. Po ostygnięciu posmarować lukrem cytrynowym otrzymanym przez utarcie wymienionych składników.
