Have you ever noticed that since the recent reemergence of popular cooking shows, that every moron in a chef's jacket thinks he's some kind of Pierre White or Gordan Ramsey clone? Part of the problem is that in USA there is no real regulatory body for designating who is and who isn't a chef.
