But when you ask them they'll say it was the Russian!! And then they will broadcast people repeating that assert for months in TV main stream media, social media, internet advertising, etc, untill the majority of their own population is brain washed and drove to an anti Russian generalized and unreasonable feeling... They even can start to behave like that just in purpose to inject fear into their population and then blame the Russians to make it possible to justify their agressive politic against any country they dislike.
