Water is life, I am surprise not to find more comments on this post. But let me drop my own experiences. I have been taking 2 glass of water every morning. It's was not easy at first but now I am use to it. I notice that for like 10 years now I don't know when I visited hospital last. I believe taking enough water helps to detoxify the body.
