Without reporting it its very unlikely to get fixed. But that sounds like you are banned on the discord, could that be?

i can't report it anywhere since all the support take me to join discord. And i can't see why i would have been banned from discord since the only interaction i had was to try to join the server. Anyway the nickname is "mystakenz"
You are on the ban list.
And it's not possible that that was the only interaction with the Splex server. Since you have to be on there to get banned.
I'm pretty sure it was the first time. there is no record or reason why i got banned?
so, is there any reason why i got banned? I never joined Splex server in my life, then only time is when i've tryed to join and was told "error, unable to join the server".
