I need to do a quick how-to... apparently. I have found how to increase my winning chances...

The quick trick is to maximise the bonus stars above 3 (aka if you add golems that only give 1 star into a specific skill area, then you are not going to get any bonus). And sometimes, randomly, the bonus can only max at 2 or 1... and that means you should avoid golems that are good at that profession.

I will try to get some pics after I find the thing opened.
