The remains of the daylight

This is what it leaves us … the bold blue sky, softly highlighted with wisps of pure white or golden yellow clouds. The various sharp silhouettes of natural phenomena and of our civilization. The reflection of the last rays of sunlight off the surface of the water, almost invisible at the bottom of the photo. 

The reassurance of light

And as always, just moments before the blazing sun slips completely below the horizon, its ever-vivid rays declare, “I’m still here,” and “I’ll be back early tomorrow.”   Location – Chiang Mai, on Google Maps
