I commend you for starting an interview series, however, the two people you interviewed are on the interview circuit. If i was you I would interview people off the interview circuit, even personalities with total different vantage points. It seems you have people on who agree with you. I would rather watch a person who has a total different opinion. Different points of view is what makes a great interview.
