Some exciting news lately about Gods Unchained which you can follow through the #godsunchained tag as users have been posting about it. Although no one knows if there's going to be an official weekend tournament this weekend we figured we'd have another one with teamOCD as the first one was really fun and caught a lot of attention.
There are some changes and additions this time around, though!
Play to earn Steem!
Each win during the usual weekend timer (1 PM GMT+0) will net you 0.2 STEEM!
Only enter your username in a comment on this post and we will go through some third party sites to check your win amount!
Rare chests!
- 1 rare chest will go to the participant with the highest MMR at the end of the weekend tournament!
- 1 rare chest will go to the participant with the highest win amount at the end of the weekend tournament!
- 1 rare chest will go to the participant with the highest referral win amount at the end of the weekend tournament!
Steem referral rewards
For each GU player you get onto our discord and they request a Steem account, you will earn 0.1 STEEM extra for each of their wins!
So all they gotta do is join our Discord server go to #steem-accounts and request for an account and mention which Steem user got them to join. They will receive a Steem account during the weekend (will be eligible for rewards by signing up there as well for the tournament) and then they will receive the discord rank so they can chat in #general-gu and #gu-posts where they can promote their content for curation they post on Steem about GU.
For us this will mean a lot of counting and documenting but we are excited to see how it will turn out. I am fairly certain at this point that [teamOCD] is one of the biggest GU teams in size and the first reactions of players who've started posting their content on Steem has been amazing, especially coming from people who are new to the cryptospace in general. We love to see that and welcome anyone!
This is also an open invitation to any other teams who would like to grow their community on Steem and use a censorship free blockchain platform to discuss things around the game. We currently offer them free Steem accounts and curation of their content (the latter is not forever but as long as we can cover them with our influence).
Join our Discord server and ask for more info if you are interested to start your own team or migrate your team onto Steem instead of relying centralized platforms, pretty much anything can be created here. :)

I'm really loving what @teamocd is doing to onboard GU players to Steem. I think GU and Steem share certain core values, e.g. censorship-resistance, permissionless and etc. Both are leveraging blockchain technology. Hence, it's easy to resonate with each other

Stop raping the reward pool.
How is bringing in new users to steem raping the rewardpool? Our poor 2k active accounts not getting enough rewards?
Your method of creating value is primitive, you are basically stealing from other users to fund your tricky advertisements and initiatives.
I would like to see statistics about your work and the users who came here and stayed. Creating unnecessary projects just to initiate unnecessary financing and spending is commonplace among corrupt governments.
There are posts of a much higher quality than the garbage posts you voted before of users opening cards.
You and your associate have largely enough resources to fund your pseudo initiative.

Yep. Reinstalled multiple times too. Raised a ticket, had a (pretty ordinary) interaction with support but I think they gave up on me when I wouldn't send them a video of what I was describing.
Great game design, good ideas and marketing....but dev and support not that impressive.
