Oh :/ have you tried clearing cache? (I bet you have but just throwing it out there)
Yep. Reinstalled multiple times too. Raised a ticket, had a (pretty ordinary) interaction with support but I think they gave up on me when I wouldn't send them a video of what I was describing.
Great game design, good ideas and marketing....but dev and support not that impressive.
