I believe that there are many benefits of meditation. It can take some practice and time to simply focus on one's breath. You would think it is easy, but often people will say that their minds wander. When this happens, it is best to recognize that and let it pass and go back to concentrating on your breath.

Some find it hard to stay focused of breathing, the sound of the ocean can help concentration, either real or recorded , I find it really helps. 🙏
