Be positive

Don't allow your heart to be troubled. Stay positive in every situation. Don't give much credit to the problems that come in your way.

Instead of meditating on your difficulties, start laughing at them. If you think of your past, you will see that you were able to escape from many situations, and most of the time, the things took a turn when you weren't expecting. Not your stress and worries fixed the problems. Almost everytime the things turn in the right direction without even your help.

Believe that God is in control over your life and he will provide the right solution for you. Let the peace overcome your mind, and the faith being at home in your heart.

You may say that you are more realistic not believing in divine help. But you know what? Even fear and worries are some kind of faith. It's having more faith in problems themselves than having faith in solutions for the problems.

Or, you know that is not good to have stress, but you don't know how to stay positive. The answer is easy. First of all, put your trust in God. Believe that He is going to deliver you from your situation. Secondly, start seeing you not as a victim, but as a conqueror. See yourself getting out from the problems. Start enjoying the life and, as I said, begin to laugh at your problems. A good laughter really helps.

You are nighter a failure nor a mistake. You are precious, and you have a great potential. Don't destroy your present and future by having a negative attitude. Be positive!
