What is does is basically stop any pack buying bc as a early investor very happy with my first buy but wont be buying more until a release or there is a incentive to do so. Im pretty sure now that ppl know this is a possibility that they will have it in there minds like people that have not bought yet they will not buy until later unless this passes the ideas out there so now just feel like will create ppl that are just re assuring there reason to hold off and give no further reason to buy if you have packs.
