In this case my suggestion either have a pack lock up - (voluntary) for early pack holders if they want rewards and if not no lock up. Also start just from 0 on this 20 million GLX reward. So all other things distributions are the same but any packs after the proposal are all that count gives smaller players a shot especially if we cap your ability to buy restricted reward packs to 20X the lowest buyer to the highest buyer which will be a wider distribution if ppl can buy one and get a chunk still. That would incentivize purchases.
