Most people here on steemit, especially low rep + low power account but provided good contents need help from high rep people to stay on their ground.

But most high rep people never help them at all, instead high rep people prefer to pay bots to upvote their post themselves and get all the profits.

This situation is like, a homeless person asking for help from rich people, but rich people ignored them + left them to dead.

This is something I've been thinking for a while.Long term success of Steemit lies upon its members.But if newbies don't stick to the platform,simply because they can't make money,meanwhile they see bad and selfish whales raping the reward pool,a lot of them will leave.I do intend to change this,I mean as much as I can,and help minnows to grow.
