Fantastic work. I have been doing something similar by tipping people and promoting their posts. I think it is up to people to decide for themselves if they put something back but I think it is one of the most rewarding things you can do.

Yes, everybody if they want to , and if they are able to do so financially.
But I think the whole community has to help, this iis the only way steemit will be sucessful
