Its was a bright and beautiful day here, all sunny and dry.
I hope this post is meeting you well.
Today from our farm gallery, i will be dishing it out hot and fresh. That is because i took the photo shots today.
These are potatos, you will see these are of different colours.
That is because they are of two varieties, which are the Orange Flesh Sweet Potato ( OFSP) while the other is the normal Sweet potato we all know.
The good thing about the OFSP is that it contains Vitamin A , which is very good for the eyes.
I hope you will give it a trial!!!
Wow those are beautiful photos I have not seen potatoes of such colours before which geographical area was it planted and snapped?
And how does it taste? This are the questions in my head
Can I know the camera you use in snapping because the environment look so colourful.
Thank you for the compliments. The orange one is a new variety, which is called the Orange Fleshed Sweet Potato.
We planted it here in West Africa, Nigeria.
It tastes just like a sweet carrot when eaten raw, infact i prefer it raw than cooked.
I snapped it with a Blackberry Q10 Smart phone.
Thank you so much for commenting
