YOU DESERVE A LIFE!
There she sat, staring into thin air and wondering how she got here...
She had thought it was love but little did she know she had no understanding whatsoever about what love is. It was barely two months into the relationship and she had become scared of him; too weak to confront him too. What happened? That was a question she really needed answers to. Did he change, was he pretending all along, were her eyes just beginning to pop open? She didn't seem to find an answer.
Well, maybe it was her cross. She had made her choice. Next time, she should behave better, talk better, act smarter, learn more sex moves. "Oh!", She screamed. She had found her answer; only that it was a lie. Her mind had lied to her. Her emotions had shut down her ability to reason. This time she was determined: determined to make him happy, determined to be a good girl, determined to do everything he wants (promptly and smartly), determined to be sexier and able to satisfy his sexual appetite.
Nice moves girl! Only for the wrong person.
Fast forward... it looked like the devil only just got darker. His mouth spat venoms, his punches just got heavier, his heart just left him, his sexual urge just went haywire, his belt could no longer stay around his waist because it found a befitting back.
"Oh yeah! I think I know what to do this time", she thought to herself again. "If only I could become his wife; I know he does all that so I could be better; he loves me and he'd change when we get married." Superfantastic thoughts girl! You just got hooked. Hooked with a beast, hooked with a demon, hooked with a lunatic, hooked with a monster, hooked with a sick soul. And you know what? Your troubles just became exponential.
I met her about six months after her wedding. She was speechless, dark eyed, dark "souled", broken, weary and mourning the loss of her 6months old pregnancy. He had beaten the life out of her and her baby. She was at a point in her life where tears no longer made sense. It was an inexpressible yet loud silence. She had lost all to her emotions and could only wish for death...
How many women are here right now and how many young ladies are towing this path. Listen girl, you don't have a problem. You don't deserve the disrespect. You don't deserve the abusive words, body language and actions. You were created an emotional being to be loved and cherished and of course to paint the world colourful with how you love. Girl, you're not a refuse dump that accommodates the debris of untrained men.
Get out of that relationship! Your life is more important than that marriage. The sanity of your children and the future generation is more important than your ego in the society. I'd rather you raise your children as a single mother than raise them in a violent environment. Please, save yourself and save the next generation.
