Is Giannis an Actual Greek God?

In Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals, the Bucks struggling after a slow start suffered a nightmare: Giannis awkwardly landed in the paint as his left leg intertwined with Clint Capela's. His left knee was quite literally bent in the opposite direction making it seem as if his leg snapped in half. However, Giannis limped away with a hyperextended knee. Yes, a hyperextended knee. No tears or breaks. Interestingly, Embiid is the only other player that avoided a serious injury (he suffered from an ACL sprain aka a partial tear).

I write this because I am in actual awe. I would like to know what they drink in Greece, because my ass would be on a stretcher had that been me. Moreover, I think it's important to take a moment and be grateful that we didn't lose another superstar for a prolonged period of time. Basketball is a dangerous sport, and many of us forget that. For any of you medics out there, how intriguing is it that the two physically biggest players avoided such common injuries across the sports world?
