What a beautiful sight to behold!! A man and his pickles 😆 Those are so delicious too I am rather envious. I think preserves like this are far better than a load of freezing- unless you are solar powered and can control your supply. Freezing is good for some things but drying and canning are great methods too. I applaud all your hard work @papa-pepper that must be very satisfying. Chutneys and relishes and tomato sauces for pasta make great preserves too, there is no end to the delicious preparations you can make with all this garden treasure you are plundering from all sides!
