Munich - Arjen Robben maintained Bayern Munich after agreeing a one-year contract extension. This certainty also concludes Robben's future speculation.
The 34-year-old Winger is rumored to be nervous about waiting for a new contract from Bayern and considering offers from other clubs. However, Robben can now breathe a sigh of relief.
In addition to Robben, Bayern also agreed to add Rafinha's right-back contract with a similar contract duration.
"We are pleased to extend the cooperation with worthy players like them," Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic told BBC Sport.
"Both Arjen Robben and Rafinha will play an important role in our plans the following season."
Robben and Rafinha following another veteran, Franck Ribery. Ribery, who is 35 years old, recently signed a contract extension until 2019.
