CONTROLLING YOUR THOUGHTS

... We all have been young, when we couldn't differentiate between right and wrong, left or right.. Our actions was decided by our parents and guildian. However, has we grow, the sense of responsibility comes to us. We are responsible for everything that happens to us. So also is our Thinking- Thinking was done for during our youthful days. But has we turn adults.. We began to think. We now realized how to make decisions and the consequences of our decisions. We take the responsibility.. The results of our thinking most times is thought, there's a clear line between thinking and thoughts while Thinking is a continuous process, an act of decision making. It requires putting the mind to work to achieve a common goal or arrive at a solution, or conclusions. Thoughts, however, is the or the conclusion, judgement on subject matters and the end point where all thinking done in the mind is put at a conclusive end. Thought has many definitions but let's use the above for now.. As the context of the lecture. To control your thinking/thoughts means to change your view on issues. The mind innovation is controlled by the thoughts, our actions are the results of our thinking I.e thoughts... However to control our thoughts we must first know the conditions that affects the thinking and thoughts we carry out in our lives:-

*1. YOU
You are the author of your interest and decisions.. The thinking depends on the attitude you put into play. Everyone has a character or attitude towards ideas and experience that occurs everyday to everyone...

*2.ENVIRONMENT
When I say the environment, it doesn't necessarily mean the nature or things we see. Am talking about the people we move with. Who we share our ideas with, the kind of character people portray to us and so on, People/ environment can greatly influence our thoughts..

*3. CONSCIENCE
I always say, conscience is consciousness... If you are not having conscience, your mind is dead. U have to be living, and that means you have conscience to guide you. Your conscience is the mirror of you, it always serves has a guild to your thoughts and make sure you make the decision that really matters.
