As we gear up for the first-ever tournament under Genesis League Goals, here's everything you need to know to make sure you're ready for kickoff!

Rules & Regulations:

Registration:

To register your team, please visit [https://challonge.com/fc7xxuag].
Please set your name in tournament as your hive username so opponenets can send you challenges easily.
Deadline for registration is Date: 2024/05/10 01:30 PM EST. Please make sure to register before that.
Partcipants are required to Check In (30 min) before tournament start(2024/05/10 02:00 PM EST). Please Check in 30 min before at Tournament Link: https://challonge.com/fc7xxuag.
Anyone who missed the Check In will be auto disqualifed.

Team Composition:

Each team must consist of 7 players, including a goalkeeper. Up to 5 substitutes are allowed per match as per roster points allowed per team.
Teams in any tiers are allowed to play.
Cards with higher than level 80 are not allowed. In case of anyone playing higher level players, teams will be disqualified from tournament!
Participants are allowed to use any of the two teams in their account to accept/send challenge, as soon as all of above rules are followed.
Please share your both teams in discord tournament channel before tournament start.

Point System:

Challonge Round Robin System will be used for points.
Rank in Tournament will be by Game/Set Wins (Read more here).
In case of Ties, Tie breaks will be as follows:

Player Conduct:

Respect for opponents, moderators, and spectators is mandatory.
First person in bracket will be responsible for sending challenge to their opponenets. In case your oppenent hasn;t sent the challenge in 3 minutes, you can send them the challenge. In case of issues, please report it in GLS Discord. In case challenge is not accepted by opponent in 10min from round start, they will forfiet the game.
Participants need matchmake based on brackets at tournament page (https://challonge.com/fc7xxuag ) & upload/update game results at tournament page(https://challonge.com/fc7xxuag ) after each match.
Any form of discrimination or unsporting behavior will result in disciplinary action.

This is the first tournaments, so please make sure to educate yourself and assit moderators to keep it smooth. If you have any questions feel free to ask @khan.dayyanz
