Me considero una persona muy selectiva con la música y entre más historia tenga, mucho mejor para mí, no tengo un género musical definido pero saco lo mejor de cada uno y a veces llego a escuchar la misma canción por semanas y más si logras entender el significado tanto de su música como de las letras.
Les voy a hablar de una cantante que ha logrado erizar mi piel con sus canciones, tiene un estilo muy diferente y podría decirse que es una artista en ascenso, no sé si es porque la escucho mucho o es porque realmente está de moda.
Su nombre es Aurora Aksnes, mejor conocida como Aurora, es una cantautora originaria de Noruega de tan solo 26 años, comenzó su carrera en el 2012 con una serie de sencillos de forma independiente los cuales hicieron que su carrera se disparara de manera rápida.
La base de sus canciones es el pop pero dentro de ellas podemos encontrar géneros como folk mezclados con sintetizadores, pop nativo con algunas tonalidades oscuras gracias a su peculiar voz que te puede llevar a un mundo mágico.
Aurora comenzó escribiendo canciones sobre su tierra natal que básicamente es un cuento de hadas ya que los paisajes que puedes encontrar en noruega son verdaderamente mágicos, más adelante sus canciones comenzaron a tomar madurez en donde habla sobre amor, ecologismo, sexualidad, derechos humanos entre otros temas sin perder ese toque de cuento de hadas que nos mantiene en ese trance mientras escuchamos sus canciones.
La música fue reconocida a nivel mundial gracias a TikTok ya que existe un challenge con su nombre y una de sus canciones RUNAWAY donde todos los usuarios colocaban un filtro al ritmo de esta canción, de allí en adelante se hizo viral y su carrera comenzó a despegar.
Aunque no he tenido la oportunidad de escuchar sus álbumes completos si tengo varias canciones favoritas, y entre ellas tenemos:
CURE FOR ME : donde habla sobre el amor propio, donde puedes huir de lo que en algún momento te hizo daño y de donde no perteneces, que nadie te juzgue por lo que sientes.
RUNNING WITH THE WOLVES: en esta canción nos habla sobre la libertad y el instinto animal que tenemos todos los seres humanos, nuevamente habla de la sociedad y lo que debemos soltar de ella.
Runaway, cure for me y running with the wolves son sus canciones más comerciales o las que más se escuchan en la radios y redes sociales, pero existen dos canciones que hacen que me emocione mucho más, tanto sus letras como su música dejan un mensaje directo y no puedo parar de escucharlas.
EXIST FOR LOVE: esta canción se adueña de lo más profundo que sentimos cuando estamos enamorados, como su nombre lo dice, existir por amor, habla de que no imagina como seria vivir sin saber que es amar y de lo que nos hace sentir la otra persona, es realmente una canción hermosa y especial para dedicarle a alguien que amamos mucho.
THE SEED: por su traducción “la semilla” sabemos de manera directa que es una canción totalmente ecologista y de protesta, hay un live en medio del bosque donde esta canción toma forma y le da vida al lugar, es como si sus palabras se mezclaran con la naturaleza.
Espero que escuchen sus canciones no se van a arrepentir.

I am going to tell you about a singer who has made my skin crawl with her songs, she has a very different style and it could be said that she is an artist on the rise, I don't know if it is because she listens to her a lot or it is because she really it's in fashion.
Her name is Aurora Aksnes, better known as Aurora, she is a singer-songwriter from Norway who is only 26 years old. She began her career in 2012 with a series of singles independently which made her career soar quickly.
The basis of her songs is pop but within them we can find genres such as folk mixed with synthesizers, native pop with some dark tones thanks to her peculiar voice that can take you to a magical world.

RUNNING WITH THE WOLVES: in this song he talks about freedom and the animal instinct that all human beings have, again he talks about society and what we should let go of it.
Runaway, cure for me and running with the wolves are his most commercial songs or the ones that are heard the most on the radio and social networks, but there are two songs that make me feel much more excited, both their lyrics and their music leave a direct message And I can't stop listening to them.
EXIST FOR LOVE: this song takes over the deepest things we feel when we are in love, as its name says, exist for love, talks about not imagining what it would be like to live without knowing what love is and what the other makes us feel person, it's really a beautiful and special song to dedicate to someone we love very much.
THE SEED: by its translation "the seed" we know directly that it is a totally ecological and protest song, there is a live in the middle of the forest where this song takes shape and gives life to the place, it is as if its words were mixed with nature.
