Gems ICO - Best ICO of 2018!

in #gems7 years ago

Gems will certainly be one of the best ICO's of 2018!

Gems is basically a decentralised Mechanical Turk. It is much better though. It solves a lot of issues when compared with the current versions. Here is a graph for an easier understanding!

So what is Mechanical Turk?
It is a micro-task assigned for humans to complete for a small fee. Most people do this as a side job for a small fee. Gems will remove the middlemen and you earn gem tokens for each task. This will lead to the person who does the task getting more money and also the task giver too. This will therefore, eliminate Amazon without doubt because it pays more and the money tokens you get is not cash, it is an investment!

Let's compare Gems with Mechanical Turk to see why Gems will take over Amazon's Mechanical Turk.
Amazon charges the contributors a minimum 20% fee on any amount paid out to workers and an additional 5% for requesting workers that have a good track record. Also, tasks with 10 or more assignments are charged an additional 20% fee, totaling upwards of 40% in total fees. Over half of Mechanical Turkers reportedly earning less than $5 an hour... Now compare this with 0 fees that gems will have. I don't even need to ask which one you would choose to work for. It works for both the workers and task givers equally. The decentralisation removes the middlemen and therefore, the fees.

Anyone can participate and it only takes a few minutes at your home on your laptop to complete. You can even do most of these tasks while watching TV!

Team:
Their team is full of superstars. This is the only ICO I have seen where all the team members are all superstars. Every team member is a cofounder of something. Some founders of Augur, gifs.com, Aragon, Disctrict0x and so on. So much potential and these guys have the right experience for creating their decentralised idea.

Community:
The creators of this ICO certainly know the value of a good community. They only whitelist those who actually contribute and help the community. This is great since it will build up a loyal community leading to the token holders to not selling the tokens but holding it. This will raise its value as the time goes on.
