We don't just love music in Brighton we love food!
We had a great opportunity to go to etch , a great restaurant in Hove , and experienced their 7 course taster menu,
etch. is MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards’ flagship restaurant located on Church Road in Brighton & Hove. Previously a bank, etch. has a modern look with views of an open kitchen where the chefs create and serve food.
It is open from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner and Friday to Sunday for lunch, the philosophy behind etch. is to celebrate local and British produce and they have a weekly changing tasting menus. Offering a 5, 7 or 9-course tasting menu,
etch. currently holds a Michelin Plate | 5 Good Food Guide | 3 AA Rosettes.
It does not disappoint as the courses are perfect ranging from delicate starters and unusual combinations ( eg goose and pear) to beef and cabbage and delicious deserts of chocolate and also a rhubarb and sorrel dish which finishes the meal .

With cocktails and wine not a cheap night out but a great treat for a celebration!
