Ponga a calentar la olla donde vas a hacer el plátano en mi caso lo voy hacer maduro o durito y ponga el plátano 😳espera haya que el plátano que de haci y las papas
- Saca la carne areglala a tu gusto y ponle condimentos o sal a tu gusto en mi caso en con sal😳y pon a calentar otro sartén con el aceite
- Y por último deja que se cocine o frite como se muestra en la imagen
- Y ponla en un plato y a disfrutar de un almuerzo sencillo y fácil espero que lo disfruten y me envíen la foto de tu ALMUERZO SIN TIEMPO
