We are so touched by your thoughtful comments, prayers, consideration, and the generous donations we have received from our extended community. It means a lot to us as we face these challenges, and gives us strength to stay focused.
As you can imagine, the last few days have been very stressful and hectic. We wish we had the time to address each of you individually, but time is a scarce resource as we keep tabs on Quinn as he is tossed into the System, deal with police, protect our people, property, and rights, file complaints, talk to lawyers, organize evidence and data, distribute info to our networks, and take care of our community, agreements, and outstanding responsibilities.
We have so much to share with you, and the Truth will reveal itself. We're giving thanks for the blockchain as a valuable tool for both connection and record. We have already seen our posts censored and removed from Twatter and Fascistbook, and it is fantastic to have the blockchain as an honorable alternative to maintain accountability and integrity!
However as we say, time is a limitation at the moment. We will be releasing much more information including photos, videos, and testimonies. Please tune into our updates as they will be the most efficient way to access and share relevant info!
This is not only an extreme injustice, but it is unfortunately another example of the terrorism, harassment, and violation we have endured from the Arlington police department. However, it is the first case in which we have the power of blockchain technology at our fingertips to report it!

So glad he is okay. What were the charges? Why did they arrest him? I think many folks are still not clear on that. It looks like the homeless man claimed he was attacked too?
Not surprised Quinn would be targeted by the cops again... Stay strong guys.
I was wondering the same thing - WHY was he arrested. Clearly a case of extremely unjustified police force, etc, etc, but why arrest Quinn?
He was the victim of the attack but the attacker claimed HE was, and APD apparently jumped at the chance to haul him in, fresh injuries and all.
Why don’t they mention this, or give these specific details in the posts, though? Seems a little strange/vague. I’m sure Quinn is hated by the cops (he’s been targeted before), but the story being told feels incomplete/superficial.
Either way, I’m glad he’s alive and okay. Hoping he’s out of the cops’ filthy hands soon.
I felt the story was also incomplete. I would like to know if the guy who attacked Quinn was arrested (as he should have been the only arrest...)
But at the same time, I know things get very twisted and contorted dealing with law enforcement these days but increased clarity in story telling always helps.

We recognize that we have not gone into great detail, and yes the way things have unfolded strange and very confusing to us as well. We want the evidence to speak for itself, and we WILL release everything we have - affidavits, photos, videos, etc.

We come to the same conclusion.
We were not informed of probable cause for his arrest and cannot imagine what grounds they have. To us it appears baseless and malicious.
Thank you @kafkanarchy84! We too are shocked and frankly heartbroken that Quinn was arrested and charged and that the assailant walks free.
Quinn was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
After being away on business for a few weeks, Quinn addressed the other party on May 23 about broken agreements, drug and alcohol use, and his abuse and intimidation of some women here. The situation escalated, and the other party pepper sprayed then stabbed Quinn multiple times. Quinn was unarmed, dressed only in his boxers.
We do not know what the other party told police, but we do know that he is mentally unstable with a history of being in insane asylums.
We do not know probably cause for arresting Quinn, as his wounds vs. the other party's condition seem to speak very clearly for themselves.
We also have a history with APD that is in the public record that they are malicious and untruthful, violate constitutional rights, and ignore due process and due diligence. We have so much information to share and very little time as we continue to deal with the system. We also want to be considerate about its presentation, as we know the entities against us do not have our best interest in mind, much less truth and justice.

Would be good to hear testimony. I wouldn't doubt the Arlington police are in the wrong. I've heard a lot of bad things about them.

Best wishes for rapid healing and an unexpected measure of justice. I've done time in County (one of the very worst, Williamson) but I hear even worse things about conditions and the Tarrant County one. Good thing he's so resilient.
