I noticed a big trend with YouTube gardeners and homesteaders lately and that is they really only promote a couple different seed companies. The big ones I hear talked about are Bakers Creek and MIgardener. I decided that I wanted to push a few other companies into the light for everyone that I believe are right up there with the quality of Baker Creek and MIgardener. So in today's video I talk about Siskiyou Seeds. I made a purchase from them for this coming spring. I noticed a lot of people have been looking for a source for comfrey and I found this company while on my quest to find comfrey. They also ended up have a few other very interesting seeds I was excited to pick up.
Check them out and show some love to some of the lesser known seed companies out there, because the more seed companies we can keep growing the more we can grow the food independence movement

Baker's creek I see in advertisements all the time but I've never used them. I've never heard of Siskiyou Seeds before. I'll check them out. I really like Burpee for seeds. Every early spring and before fall they have a buy one get one free sale with free shipping or super cheap shipping. Last August I got like $100 worth of seeds for $36 and $2 shipping by combining discounts. The fall sale is best because they want to clear out seeds and seeds grow fine if carefully stored over the winter.
