You need to chat with steemcleaners to let them know this is actually from your website. Same with cheetah below. it is your work from your previous posts/website- they just picked up on it.
go to steemcleaners main page and click on one of their posts to see what you need to do. It's an easy fix then they'll stop commenting like this.
