RE: Papa-Pepper's Pest Control Posse

And if you have the frogs and toads, you can help science by participating in the FrogsUSA program that @herpetologyguy wrote about recently. It costs $10 to participate, but amphibians are worth it! Here's the link: http://steemit.com/conservation/@herpetologyguy/frogwatchusa-citizen-science-as-the-future-of-environmental-research

And if you have ladybugs, you can help out with the Lost Ladybug Project. Many kinds of ladybugs in North America are in trouble, in part because of the Asian Lady Beetles that @papa-pepper mentioned. The Lost Ladybug Project (http://www.lostladybug.org) asks people to report their ladybugs, to help document how the little beetles are faring. Kids are especially good at helping out, because they are close to the ground and love ladybugs. But Steemit photographers might be good ladybug reporters, too! : )

EXCELLENT IDEA @haphazard-hstead!

I didn't see that one from @herpetologyguy yet, so thanks for mentioning it and for linking it here!

Good thinking my friend!

You're welcome! They are all good garden buddies, even the snakes!
