Today I continue the work of harvesting of galangal in the garden near my house,and today I feel very tired, because the plants that I am harvesting are now on sloping ground, because the fruit of this plant spreads heroinally, then it will enter deep into the soil.
How to harvest this plant.?
First cut the stems first for easy removal from the ground, otherwise, if we take it from the ground, our hands will be blocked by it.
After that start piercing with a special tool made of iron, in doing this there is also a way to make it easy, that is, by issuing little by little.
After successfully removed from the ground, then wash the roots and soil that is still attached with a machete.
Then separate into a small small form, so easy in the cleaning phase with a small knife.
Until here on this post, maybe a few days ahead I will make scientific research on the cultivation of this plant.
