Accountability, hadn't even thought of it that way. One thing that really bothers me about society, primarily in the US, is that a cop will pull someone over and arrest them for possession of a harmless substance like cannabis or cocaine, but no one seems worried about a 300 pound parent driving while smoking cigarettes with thier children in the backseat eating McDonalds.
